Vanilla Cupcakes using Muffin Bites by krumbsco - Recipe

Using pantry staples, this is my go-to for everything lunches, play dates, morning tea. A firm fav!

INGREDIENTS: 

• 40g butter (melted) 
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 self raising flour
• 1/4 cup milk

METHOD: 

1. Melt the butter. 
2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl & mix until combined. 
3. Fill each of the muffin moulds evenly. 
4. Place into air fryer and bake for 12 minutes at 160 degrees. 
5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, tip mould over & pop out muffins.
