3 Ingredient Ham & Cheese Parcels

Try something new in the lunchbox with this ridiculously easy, sandwich-free lunchbox filler. Air-fryer friendly, freezer-friendly it's a new favourite at our place. Pack straight from the freezer or give them a quick reheat in the morning in the oven or airfryer.

Ingredients:

• 1 sheet puff pastry
• Chopped ham
• Grated cheese
• 1 egg, whisked

Method:

1. Take one piece of semi-defrosted puff pastry and cut into 9 squares (like a noughts and crosses grid)
2. Place a small amount of ham and cheese in the centre of each square
3. Fold in the corner of each square to the middle, covering the filling
4. Brush each parcel with egg wash
5. Cook in oiled air fryer, 15 mins, 180 degrees
