Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tbs coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbs golden syrup
  • 2 tbs brown sugar

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processer until combined
  2. Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture has been used
  3. Store in the fridge or freezer (my fam love to eat these straight from the freezer!)
