MYO Mini Cheeseburger! Easy. Healthy. Not a sandwich AND a total hit with the kids. Mince = protein to help keep them fuller for longer, and this is a fun way to mix things up. Make, freeze, pack. Simple!
Ingredients:
- 500g mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 bread crusts blitzed into breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs sauce - I used soy sauce but tomato, BBQ, sweet chilli are all fine
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix
- Roll into balls, then flatten slightly
- Put into air fryer basket
- Cook on 180 degrees, 12 minutes
- Add to a dinner roll along with a slice of cheese and sauce
- Freeze the leftover patties for future lunches
