Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Tomato paste or pizza sauce
  • Chopped ham
  • Grated cheese
  • Pineapple pieces
  • Sprinkle dried herbs (I used Oregano)

Method:

  1. Let the sheet of puff pastry defrost slightly, then cut in half
  2. Spread each half with tomato paste, not too close to the edges
  3. Top with pizza toppings
  4. Bake in 210 degree oven for approximately 12-15 minutes
  5. Slice and serve
