Two Ingredient Pancake Bites | Quick krumbsco Air Fryer Recipe

Trying out The Source Bulk Food’s new Gluten Free Coconut & Vanilla Pancake Mix as cupcakes in the air fryer using krumbsco Muffin Bites!

I can confirm they are not only easy as but delicious too… and they’re the perfect lunchbox size!

INGREDIENTS: 

• 1/2 cup pancake mixture
• 1/4 cup milk

METHOD: 

1. Place ingredients in a bowl & combine. 
2. Place in krumbsco Muffin Moulds (only filling each mould half way). 
3. Bake in air fryer for 12 minutes on 160 degrees.
