Postage

Lunchbox Mini offers FREE delivery on all orders over $149 within Australia.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95 on all orders within Australia, and an option to upgrade to Express Post for $16.95. We ship orders Monday to Friday through Australia Post, and aim to dispatch orders same or next business day (with the exception of products that are for sale by 'pre-order').

Every parcel sent is trackable from lodgement to delivery and you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us on dispatch. If you have any concerns regarding the status of your parcel, please get in touch. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Lunchbox Mini will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. We can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.

Unfortunately we do not ship orders outside of Australia. 

Free Order Collection - Capalaba, Brisbane

You are welcome to take advantage of our free local pick-up facility. Select the local collection option at the checkout, and we will email you with details for collection once your order is packed and ready. Please allow a minimum of two business days for your order to be packed and ready. Our collection days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 9am - 2pm from our Capalaba warehouse. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you change your mind on an unused product, with all tags and packaging still attached, you're welcome to return for an exchange or credit. Once we receive the returned product, we will make contact regarding the exchange or credit. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the exchanged item, are the responsibility of the customers. 

Warranties & Faults

If you believe your product is not up to standard or as described, we offer a warranty period in line with our supplier's manufacturing terms. Please email the fault and pictures to us at support@lunchboxmini.com, and we will persue with the supplier on your behalf. General wear and tear is not covered under warranty. 

Pre Orders

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on back order and in transit to us. Pre-order item delivery times vary and the delivery time will be updated on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, and the entire order will then be sent as soon as possible. The estimated release date stated on the product page is the date we expect to receive the stock here at Lunchbox Mini. Stock can arrive earlier, or later if delayed in transit. Customs and transit delays are unforeseen and we cannot predict a delay in advance.  If you would like an update on your pre-order purchase, please feel free to contact us anytime.
