salsa pinwheels | krumbsco air fryer recipe

An easy lunchbox recipe, taking a Mexican twist on a lunchbox classic.

Ingredients: 

• x1 sheet puff pastry
• 1tbs salsa
• 2tbs grated cheese (or as much as you prefer)

Method: 

1. Spread salsa onto puff pastry evenly. 

2. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of salsa. 

3. Roll puff pastry into a log & cut into even pieces. 

4. Place into air fryer on krumbsco Baking Mat, 180 degrees 12 minutes.
