Do you offer free local pick up?

Yes, you are able to collect your order from our warehouse located in Capalaba, Brisbane. Choose free local pick-up at the check-out, and we’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please allow two business days for your order to be ready, and possibly more during new product releases, sales events and peak periods. Collection days are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am - 2pm. Collections can not be made outside of these hours.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We are able to ship to New Zealand upon request. The shipping price is dependent on the weight of your order. To obtain a shipping quote, please send an email with your chosen products to, and we'll provide you with a shipping quote. 

Are you open to the public?

Yes! Our warehouse is open every Friday for in person shopping, between the hours of 9am - 1pm. Our team will be on hand to give advice and help you choose the right lunch and mealtime products for your family. We are open some Saturdays in the lead-up to a new term, and during peak periods. Make sure you've signed up to our email list to be made aware of special in person shopping events outside of the regular Friday open days. Preferred payment method is credit card, and we can also accept in-store Afterpay payments. 

How long does my order take to be packed and sent?

We have an amazing picking and packing team, packing orders every week day! Our aim is to ship all in-stock orders same or next business day.

If a product is out of stock, how long until it will be available again?

Product availability is often dependent on our supplier’s stock inventory. If you’re after a specific product that’s currently out of stock, feel free to send us an email and we can advise you of its estimated arrival. There is an option to leave your email address and ‘Notify When Available’ on all of our products when out of stock, which is the best way to hear as soon as we have more arriving. 

What does it mean if a product is on pre-order?

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on back order and in transit to us. Pre-order item delivery times vary and the delivery time will be updated on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, and the entire order will then be sent with priority. The estimated release date stated on the product page is the date we expect to receive the stock here at Lunchbox Mini. Stock can arrive earlier, or later if delayed in transit. Customs and transit delays are unforseen and we cannot predict a delay in advance. If you would like an update on your pre-order purchase, please feel free to contact us.

Is there a warranty period on your products?

Yes. All of our stockists offer a warranty on their products. The terms and length of warranty varies on each product. For specific requests, or to make a claim, please email If making a claim, please include your order number, details of the fault and any photos or videos to support your claim. Please note any agreed replacements will be made direct from the supplier to you. We are unable to exchange, replace or rectify a warranty matter from within the warehouse.
