Do you offer free local pick up?

Yes, you are able to collect your order from our home-run business in Wellington Point, Brisbane. Choose free local pick-up at the check-out, and we’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Collections can be made most days within business hours, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. For any collection enquiries, please email us at hello@lunchboxmini.com 

Can I come and have a look at the products before I buy?

Unfortunately as this is currently a home-run business, we don’t currently offer viewings. We are in the process of moving into a warehouse space in the Redlands area, and hoping to have a showroom open to the public late 2021.

How long does my order take to be packed and sent?

We pack and ship through Australia Post every business day. As long as your product is in stock, it will be shipped on the same or next business day.

If a product is out of stock, how long until it will be available again?

Product availability is often dependent on our supplier’s stock inventory. If you’re after a specific product that’s currently out of stock, feel free to send us an email and we can advise you of its estimated arrival. There is an option to ‘Email When Available’ on all of our products, so by entering your email address you’ll receive an automatic notification as soon as pre-orders open or the product is back in stock.

What does it mean if a product is on pre-order?

If a sold out or new product has been ordered by Lunchbox Mini and is on its way, there’s an often an option for you to pre-order the product so you can be assured you won’t miss out. Purchase the product online as normal, and your order will be packed and sent with priority as soon as the pre-order product/s arrives. If your order also contains other in-stock items, it will all be held and posted together as soon as the pre-order product/s arrive.

Is there a warranty period on your products?

Yes. All of our stockists offer a warranty on their products. The terms and length of warranty does vary on each product. For specific requests, or to make a claim, please email support@lunchboxmini.com and we'll get back to you ASAP.
