mini mac & cheese cups recipe below 👇🏼
ingredients:
- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup grated cheese (I do 3/4 cheddar, 1/4 parmesan)
- chives for garnish
method:
- Cook your pasta per packet instructions. Drain the pasta once cooked.
- Return empty pasta post to low heat, melt the butter with the pasta. Add the paprika. Add the flour and mix.
- Whilst mixing, add the milk (you want the mixture to be quite thick).
- Remove pot from heat and add the cheese, mix until fully melted.
- Portion your mac & cheese into your krumbsco muffin bites moulds (this mixture fills x2 round air fryer moulds).
- Bake mac & cheese cups in the air fryer for 8-10 mins on 180 degrees, or until golden.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
