Using pantry staples, this is my go-to for everything lunches, play dates, morning tea. A firm fav!
INGREDIENTS: 
- 40g butter (melted) 
 
- 1/4 cup sugar
 
- 1 egg
 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
- 1/2 self raising flour
 
- 1/4 cup milk
 
METHOD: 
- Melt the butter. 
 
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl & mix until combined. 
 
- Fill each of the muffin moulds evenly. 
 
- Place into air fryer and bake for 12 minutes at 160 degrees. 
 
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, tip mould over & pop out muffins.
