Ingredients:Â

1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup corn
- Bacon bits
- Spring onion
- Rice
- 3 eggs

Sprinkle of soy & oyster sauce
Method:Â
- Heat peas, corn & bacon in a pan over medium heat until bacon is cooked.
- Add your rice & stir through.Â
- Add eggs & mix together until eggs are cooked through.Â
- Add a sprinkle of oyster & soy sauce (to your own liking).
- Top with spring onion.Â
