ANZAC bliss balls | recipe
One bowl - blitz + roll! No beaters, no baking, no crumbling, no undercooked, no overcooked  A healthier ANZAC treat, simplified.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbs golden syrup
- 2 tbs brown sugar
Method:
- Process all ingredients in a food processer until combined
- Take a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture has been used
- Store in the fridge or freezer (my fam love to eat these straight from the freezer!)
