Two days of my fav breakfast prepped in advance, it couldn't be easier for those grab & go days! No more 'too busy for breakfast' excuses! 🙋‍♀️

You have to trust me with the flavours here - I've been having this on repeat for about 3 months now and ohhhh myyyy! 🤌🤌🤌 An all-time fav!

And I'm obsessed with The Zero Waste People round silicone containers in the medium size - THE perfect meal prepping size, and now the only way I breakfast 🙃 

Overnight Protein Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - I use @nuzest_aus *
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 2 large spoons of vanilla yoghurt - I use @yoproau *
  • + Water to create your fav consistency
