mostly-healthy caramilk biscuits | recipe

5 ingredient, sort of healthy, CaramilkĀ biscuits! Perfect for using up any leftover chocolate you have lying around, or transforming your fav flavour into a biscuit. These soft, melt-in-your-mouth, biscuit favourites are perfect for freezing, lunchboxing, or eating warm and fudgy straight from the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 1 + 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 2 big, over-ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs vanilla essence
  • Approx 12 sqaures Caramilk (or any chocoalte flavour), chopped

Method:

  1. Put 1 cup oats, self raising flour, bananas, eggs and vanilla essence in Thermomix and mix for 8 seconds, speed 8, or blend in food processer
  2. Add 1/2 cup oats plus chopped chocolate and mix for 5 seconds, speed 5 on reverse, or by hand
  3. Spoon heaped spoons onto lined baking tray - mixture will be wet
  4. Bake in 170 degree oven for 18 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Leave biscuits on tray until cooled
  6. Leave on baking
