Are the compartments leakproof from one another?
No. The compartments are divided but are not individually sealed, so liquids can move between sections. We recommend using a separate sealed container for runny dips, dressings or other liquid foods.
Is the outer lid leakproof?
The clip-lock lid helps keep everything securely contained, however we recommend keeping the platter upright during transport, especially when packing foods with moisture.
Can I put dips directly into the wooden compartments?
Thicker dips can be packed directly into the compartments, however for runnier dips or anything likely to spill or move between sections, we recommend using a separate small container.
How do I clean the acacia wood platter?
The platter should be hand washed and should not be left submerged in water. It is not dishwasher safe.
Will every platter look exactly the same?
As acacia is a natural wood, variations in grain and appearance can occur, making each platter a little different.
