Calling all amateur bakers! 👩‍🍳

Give the store-bought types a miss & make it yourself 🙌 There's nothing like fresh, straight-out-of-the-air-fryer, "look what I made!" cookies, and even better when it's ridiculously easy and quick (& cheap!).

💪 Using our krumbsco reusable air fryer mats, b.box snackbox + apple peeler & corer, linked below.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Method: 

  1. Beat butter & sugar to a cream - approx 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add egg & vanilla, and mix until combined. 
  3. Add flour and other dry ingredients, and stir until just combined. 
  4. Break tablespoon-size amounts off the dough and roll into balls. 
  5. Dip and flatten one side into sprinkles. 
  6. Bake in the air fryer - 160 degrees, 9 minutes. Or in the oven, 180 degrees, 12 minutes. 

Freeze any leftover dough for next time - it will keep for 2-3 months in the freezer. Make as you need, when you need!
