9 min Christmas cookies | krumbsco air fryer recipe
Calling all amateur bakers! 👩🍳
Give the store-bought types a miss & make it yourself 🙌 There's nothing like fresh, straight-out-of-the-air-fryer, "look what I made!" cookies, and even better when it's ridiculously easy and quick (& cheap!).
💪 Using our krumbsco reusable air fryer mats, b.box snackbox + apple peeler & corer, linked below.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Beat butter & sugar to a cream - approx 2-3 minutes.
- Add egg & vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Add flour and other dry ingredients, and stir until just combined.
- Break tablespoon-size amounts off the dough and roll into balls.
- Dip and flatten one side into sprinkles.
- Bake in the air fryer - 160 degrees, 9 minutes. Or in the oven, 180 degrees, 12 minutes.
Freeze any leftover dough for next time - it will keep for 2-3 months in the freezer. Make as you need, when you need!
