Choc Peanut Butter Cups | Easy 3-Ingredient Recipe Using Krumbsco Brownie Mould

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate, melted

  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy – up to you!)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)

(You’ll also need your krumbsco Lunchbox Bites - Brownie Mould to shape your cups perfectly!)

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.

  2. Spoon a little chocolate into each cavity of your krumbsco Lunchbox Bites - Brownie Mould and tilt to coat the sides.

  3. Add a dollop of peanut butter in the centre.

  4. Cover with more melted chocolate.

  5. Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set.

Pop them out and enjoy!
