    Lemon Muffins Using krumbsco Brownie Bites - Recipe

    Ingredients: 
    • ¼ cup butter (room temp)
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup SR flour
    • ¼ cup milk
    • 1 tbs lemon zest
    • ¼ cup lemon juice
    Method: 
    1. Mix butter and sugar with electric mixer for 2 mins
    2. Add egg and vanilla and mix until combined
    3. Add milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix
    4. Add flour and stir through gently
    5. Fill moulds to ¾ full
    6. Bake 160 degrees, 16 mins
