Hommus Dip Scrolls - Lunchbox Pack with Me!

Easy way to add protein to the lunchbox! Hommus & Cheese Scrolls. Using the air fryer, this lunchbox idea is so quick & easy... and definitely a firm favourite with the kids! Come take a look! 

Ingredients:

  • x1 sheet puff pastry 
  • 1tbsp of Hommus Dip 
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • x1 egg

Method: 

  1. Defrost sheet of puff pastry
  2. Spread Hommus Dip over the whole puff pastry sheet
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the top 
  4. Roll sheet of puff pastry up
  5. Slice into 2 inch pieces
  6. Mix the egg in small bowl & brush the egg over the puff pastry
  7. Cook in air fryer - 180 degrees for 12 minutes

  • Scotch finger biscuit
  • Whole apple
  • Pretzels
  • Fruit loaf with butter
