It's as easy as a puff pastry base + toppings. Perfect for a quick dinner, sandwich-free lunchbox filler, lockdown snack to keep the family quiet!
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Tomato paste or pizza sauce
- Chopped ham
- Grated cheese
- Pineapple pieces
- Sprinkle dried herbs (I used Oregano)
Method:
- Let the sheet of puff pastry defrost slightly, then cut in half
- Spread each half with tomato paste, not too close to the edges
- Top with pizza toppings
- Bake in 210 degree oven for approximately 12-15 minutes
- Slice and serve
