 After making scrolls/sausage rolls, this is my go-to for the leftover egg wash! An easy, healthy, FUN lunchbox filler or dinner side using our Lunch Punch Stix.

Ingredients: 

• 1 egg

Method:

1. Add egg to the frying pan & cook to liking
2. Slice into 1 inch slices & roll up
3. Place onto food pick/sticks 

Other items in lunchbox: 

• Sliced pear
• Cherry tomatoes
• Rice crackers
• Muffin 
• Honey sandwich
